Dope dyed polyester staple fiber is the fiber produced by adding a master batch online during the melt-spinning process. This kind of color fiber has high quality, good color fastness, resistance to water washing, and can achieve different results by the set of colors. It also has small color differences, high color fastness, and wide chromatography with Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet colors and the derived various chromatography. Our virgin wool-like polyester staple fiber is made by PTA and MEG which come from oil. It is made by a special production process, which improves its physical specification and spinnability. It feels like wool, is softer and brighter than common polyester staple fiber, and has high strength, but has less flaws.
